At Palmer Group, we care about our employees' well-being. Temporary and contract W-2 employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage that meets the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. Benefits are not available to self-employed (1099) contractors.
In addition to medical coverage, eligible employees have access to two retirement options, a 401(k) plan and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Palmer Group also offers paid holidays and paid time off for qualifying employees.

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Palmer Group offers health, dental, and vision coverage options to all temporary and contract W-2 employees. Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week and complete 60 days of continuous employment are eligible for coverage, which begins on the first of the month following the eligibility period.
Once you meet the requirements, you’ll receive information outlining your benefit options and next steps to enroll. Palmer Group offers three medical plan options, along with dental and vision coverage. Contractors may choose individual or family plans based on their needs.
Retirement Options
401(k)
Palmer Group offers a 401(k) retirement plan for our employees and full-time contractors. Once you qualify to participate, you can decide which investment options are best for you. Contractors can choose to contribute to their 401k before or after-tax.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Palmer Group is proud to be an employee-owned company. We offer eligible contractors the opportunity to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which provides employees with an ownership interest in the company. After meeting eligibility requirements, contractors receive company stock at no out-of-pocket cost.
Paid Time Off
Palmer Group offers paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to eligible contractors who meet established eligibility requirements. PTO and holiday benefits may vary by assignment, and holiday pay follows Palmer Group’s observed holiday schedule.
