Chris Lorenz serves as the Executive Vice President of Palmer Group, bringing a wealth of expertise in territory development, B2B sales, and technical recruitment. Chris holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and since joining Palmer Group in 2013, he has played a crucial role in expanding the company's engineering, manufacturing, and construction division. His leadership later extended to overseeing the Professional Services division, culminating in his promotion to Executive Vice President in 2021.
In his current role, Chris strategically directs the sales and delivery of Palmer Group’s talent and business solutions across its service locations. His oversight encompasses staffing and direct hire solutions, executive search, as well as outplacement services, managed capacity solutions, IT consulting, accounting and payroll services, and candidate assessments.
In addition to driving the organization’s vision, Chris is responsible for evaluating and developing innovative solutions that align with the evolving needs of clients and consultants.
Outside of Work
Outside of his professional endeavors, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as engaging with the business community to foster strong relationships.
