Jason Hennessey is Vice President of Palmer Group’s Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing division, where he leads recruitment strategy and workforce solutions. 

Jason joined Palmer Group in 2014 as a Recruiter and has progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Account Executive, Manager, Division Director, and now Vice President. Jason has spent his time with Palmer Group focused on the Construction, Engineering, and Manufacturing industries, helping connect top talent with organizations seeking long-term impact.

With nearly 20 years of experience in sales, training, and recruiting. Jason oversees a high-performing team of Recruiters and Account Executives who specialize in staffing all levels of employment, building lasting partnerships with candidates and clients nationwide.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Outside of work, Jason is an avid biker and outdoorsman, enjoys traveling, and loves spending time with his two daughters.
