Katie Klohs serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing at Palmer Group, where she brings nearly two decades of experience, strategic vision, and creative energy to our mission of making lives better.
Katie began her Palmer Group career in 2006 and has held a series of roles spanning marketing, operations, and executive support. In 2013, she became Marketing Manager, and over time she added leadership of internal operations and strategy, ultimately being promoted to Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing in 2023.
A proud University of Iowa alumna, Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, which underpins her thoughtfully strategic and people-centered approach to talent and business solutions.
Throughout her career at Palmer Group, Katie has played a critical role in elevating our brand across Central Iowa and beyond, supporting our growth, and reinforcing our values as an employee-owned organization.
Outside of Work
Katie cherishes reading, spending quality time with friends and family, cheering on the Hawkeyes, and devoting herself to her greatest role; being a mom.
