Before joining Palmer Group in 2024, Craig held multiple senior leadership positions within the staffing and consulting sector. Most notably, he served as Managing Director at Signature Consultants from 2010 to 2023.
During his tenure, he led strategic growth initiatives that contributed to the company’s expansion to over $500 million in annual revenue. His earlier experience includes account management roles where he specialized in delivering customized IT solutions to organizations nationwide.
With a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a track record of driving high-impact results, Craig plays a critical role in aligning top IT talent with client needs across diverse industries.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.

Craig enjoys staying active through fitness and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
