David Leto is the President & CEO of Palmer Group. Since joining the company in 2004, he has held multiple leadership roles, spearheading key initiatives and driving growth. David founded the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction division, later serving as Director of the IT division before advancing to Executive Vice President in 2011, President in 2017, and ultimately President & CEO in 2023. 

In his role, David oversees Palmer Group’s three office locations and leads the team of internal employees. Under his leadership, Palmer Group provides a broad range of services, including temporary and contract staffing, direct-hire placement, retained executive search, managed capacity solutions, outplacement and career transition services, candidate evaluation and assessment, and HR and IT consulting. 

With over 25 years in the employment industry, David brings deep expertise and strategic vision to the organization. A native of Iowa, he earned his degree from the University of Northern Iowa and began his career in the employment industry while living in Chicago.

When not in the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and actively participates in various local clubs and organizations.
