Brian Berry serves as Director of Human Resources at Palmer Group, where he provides strategic HR leadership and supports our mission of making lives better for both our internal employee-owners and our working contractors. 

Brian began his Palmer Group career in 2002 as a Staffing Consultant specializing in Accounting and Finance. His success in that role led him to become an Account Executive, where he supported one of Palmer Group’s largest clients.

In 2011, Brian transitioned into human resources leadership and was promoted to Human Resource Director in 2021. With more than 25 years of dedication to the employment industry, Brian continues to approach his work with a focus on genuine care and making a positive impact. 

In his role, Brian oversees all human resource functions for Palmer Group as well as the HR consulting solutions, guiding a team known for its integrity, compassion, and commitment to supporting others. 

Brian grew up in Waukee and has been married to his wife, Chris, for over 30 years. Brian’s three grown children are still close to home. In his spare time, Brian loves to fish, complete home projects, and watch the Iowa State Cyclones.
