Mike Bringle is Vice President of Palmer Group’s Accounting and Finance division and Executive Search team.

Mike joined Palmer Group in 2011 as a Recruiting Consultant in the Accounting and Finance division. Over the years, he advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Account Executive, Division Manager, and Director, before being named Vice President in 2024. Throughout his tenure, he has guided clients through retained executive searches, engaged search projects, succession planning, career transition services, direct hire placements, and contract consulting engagements.

Prior to Palmer Group, Mike spent 15 years in accounting and finance roles with two family-owned businesses and a Fortune 500 company, gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance, operational leadership, and strategic planning.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Outside of Work
During his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, and cheering on the Cyclones. He is also an active supporter of the Breakthrough T1D non-profit organization.
