Traci Ellis serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Palmer Group, bringing more than two decades of financial leadership and operational expertise to the organization.

Since joining Palmer Group in 2001 as an Office Manager, Traci has been instrumental in the company’s growth and long-term stability. She played a key role in the transition to becoming a 100 percent employee-owned company in 2018 and continues to oversee all financial functions, including financial statements, audits, tax reporting, and budget planning.

Beyond her financial responsibilities, Traci leads essential areas such as payroll, workers’ compensation, 401(k) and ESOP census audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the organization. She also manages internal information technology and operational needs, contributing to Palmer Group’s efficiency, innovation, and strategic direction.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Traci enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, biking, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and their dogs. She also loves cheering on her daughters as they compete in collegiate softball.
