Palmer Group Announces Senior Leadership Changes

March 4, 2024 | West Des Moines, Iowa – Palmer Group announced the promotion of three employee-owners. The newly created senior leadership positions are a part of the company’s realignment strategy and succession planning.

Their new roles are in alignment with where we, as an organization, feel they can make the biggest difference in growing our company and further strengthen our business as a top talent and business solutions firm.” 

Division Director Amy Vokoun-Lutter has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. In this new role, Vokoun-Lutter oversees all aspects of the company’s internal operations, including process and database optimization, and customer service experience. Vokoun-Lutter has been with Palmer Group for over 17 years in a variety of roles and has served as a division director for the last nine years. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and prior to Palmer Group, Vokoun-Lutter spent six years in recruiting and admissions with a regionally accredited university.  

Division Director Jason Hennessy has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Delivery. In this new role, Hennessy manages the company’s recruitment strategy, provides growth initiatives across central and western Iowa, and oversees the Des Moines delivery team. Hennessy joined Palmer Group in 2014 with over 15 years of sales, training, and recruiting experience. During his tenure, Hennessey has held multiple roles within the organization before his most recent as division director for the last two years.

Division Director Mike Bringle has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales. In this new role, Bringle is responsible for the company’s sales strategy, territory sales forecasting, and tracking and managing the Des Moines sales team. Bringle has served as a division director for the last eight years and has held a variety of positions during his 12 years at Palmer Group. Bringle received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and previously spent 15 years in accounting and finance-related roles.
