Amy joined Palmer Group in 2006 as a Staffing Specialist and has since held the positions of Account Executive, Division Manager, and currently is the Director of both the Administrative & Customer Service and Mortgage & Banking divisions.
Amy has built trusted partnerships with thousands of hiring leaders and job seekers within the Des Moines and central Iowa markets. She also leads the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and serves as a member on the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Inclusion Council. Amy is a certified SPHR professional and is active in the HR community.
Prior to Palmer Group, Amy spent six years in recruiting & admissions with a regionally accredited university offering online and on-campus education for working professionals.

At Palmer Group, Brian leads the Information Technology sales and delivery teams serving hundreds of talented and dedicated professionals who assist business leaders within our regional footprint.
Starting in the IT Services industry over 20 years ago, he learned building strong, personal relationships, doing the right thing, and taking care of people were key differentiators in our business. He believes those values are what continue to drive our success today. As the IT division continues to evolve and grow, Brian and his team will continue to leverage our core principles in everything they do.

Chris Lorenz | Executive Vice President
Chris came to Palmer Group in 2013 to recruit for the Engineering and Manufacturing division bringing over 6 years of combined experience in B2B sales and technical college recruiting. Chris has held the titles of Recruiter, Account Executive, Division Manager, Director- Engineering and Manufacturing, and Professional Services (Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Executive Search) prior to holding his current role.
Chris was promoted in 2020 to Executive Vice President, in this role he leads Managed Services, Staffing and Search, as well as Outplacement functions.

Since joining Palmer Group in 2014 as a Recruiter on the Engineering & Manufacturing team, Jason has held the titles of Account Executive, Manager and is currently the Director of the Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing division.
Jason and his team assist in the construction industry by sourcing positions such as Estimators, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers. They work in many different manufacturing businesses and help them find a range of talent, from industrial workers to Senior Management level positions. Jason leads a talented and strategic team of Recruiters and Account Executives that are focused on connecting with candidates and building partnerships across the Midwest. They work on retained and engaged searches as well as contingent searches for all levels of employment.

As the Territory Manager, Joe has led the expansion of Palmer Group in the Wisconsin market. He and his team are experienced and dedicated individuals who are passionate about forming meaningful partnerships with clients and candidates.
He was born and raised in northeastern Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has over 6 years of staffing experience. Joe finds that helping people is one of the most rewarding aspects of the staffing industry and believes what separates Palmer Group from other organizations is our commitment to our processes and partnerships with our clients.

Mike Bringle | Director
Mike began at Palmer Group in 2011 and is currently a Director managing the Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing & Sales divisions, as well as leading our Outplacement/Career Transition and Candidate Evaluation and Assessment services. Mike and his teams advise C-suite executives and hiring managers for not-for-profits, public and private companies across a wide range of industries.
In his career at Palmer Group, Mike has advised on retained executive search, engaged search, succession planning, career transition services, direct hire search, and contract consulting engagements. Mike joined Palmer Group after serving 15 years in accounting and finance-related roles within two family-run companies and a Fortune 500 company. Mike received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and earned his MBA from the University of Iowa.

Prior to Palmer Group, Mike spent 8 years at a national finance company where he worked in both operational/risk roles and in sales. Partnering with and providing solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, Mike gained a plethora of knowledge surrounding the challenges many of the leading business owners face in today’s market. Always looking to connect with and learn from the best leaders, Mike is focused on being an advocate for companies and professionals in the Midwest to support and grow the communities he calls home.
