I want to make you aware of what a wonderful experience I recently had with everyone at The Palmer Group.

I recently hired on a full time office manager via Donna Bigg. Thus far, my new hire has made extreme efforts to get integrated into the organization despite the fact that her official start date is still nearly 2 weeks out. She has gone above and beyond expectations. Donna did a wonderful job in bringing in qualified candidates on very short notice and being interactive throughout the whole process.

I also want to make specific mention of what a pleasure it has been working with Tori Glade. I first approached Tori two years ago when I initially wanted to move my operation out here and hire two people. When we decided to keep operations in Ann Arbor she made the effort to stay in touch and updated on the status of my business even though we are a relatively 'small fish'.

When it was time to start searching Tori did not hesitate to bring Donna into the fold when I informed that I was prepared to bring on either a permanent or a temp to hire candidate. As interviews progressed and I made the decision to go with a permanent employee Tori continued to work with me to make the whole transaction seamless. While she may not have had any of her candidates hired on with us, she certainly did everything to make the ultimate sale happen for the Palmer Group.

As my operation continues to move out to the Des Moines area I look forward to continuing my relationship with everyone at the Palmer Group.
