Employee Benefits

Available to all Palmer Group Temporary and Contract employees.  Self-Employed contractors (1099) are excluded.


Insurance:

We offer benefits such as health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for employees and their dependants.
    For employees not yet enrolled but have questions on the benefits offered they will call:

401(k):
Any Palmer Group temporary/contract employee (excluding 1099) that completes one year of service, without a break in service, and is at least 21 years of age is an eligible participant for Palmer Group's 401(k) plan.

Referral Bonus:
We appreciate having good people referred to us. If you refer someone to us, we will pay you a cash referral bonus upon their being hired.

Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit is offered to all temporary and contract employees that have any type of account at a financial institution.

    Available to Palmer Group Temporary Employees Only - Contract Employees and 1099's do not qualify

    Vacation:
    Any Palmer Group temporary that completes one year of service, without a break in service and has worked a minimum of 1500 hours will be eligible for one week paid vacation.

    Holiday Pay:
    Any Palmer Group temporary that has worked the 26 continuous weeks prior to the holiday will be eligible for holiday pay if they meet the following criteria:

    • they have a minimum of 880 working hours during the 26 week period
    • they have worked 26 continuous weeks prior to the holiday
    • they have worked the working day prior to the holiday and after the holiday  

    Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July.
